man that was a sick show. i had so much fun.. i think everyone did. the other bands weren't too great.. westbound's awesome but they didnt play their best set. nekromantix are so good live.. with a 10 minute solo and everyone wrecking in the pitt.. it was sick. i wish they came more often!

i'm sick now but the weekend was totally worth it.

I think I'm addicted to adrenaline. Everything I do needs to include a certain level of excitement so naturally, I get bored sooooooooo fast. I came back from Vermont last night and already I'm bored out of my mind and I'm longing for rockclimbing, or shows, or more boarding.

well here i am, going into day 7, still can't down liquids without humongous pain but i'm taking codeine now, turns out i'm not allergic to it!

anyway this is going to be my 1st future meal:
1-Wendy's: bacon swiss burger
2-Mexicali Rosas': Taco Salad
3-Pizza Hut: buffet lunch. eat the whole restaurant
4-Zak's Diner: basket of onion rings.. or poutine. or swiggly fries. or all mentioned above..
5-Any shawarma place: a shawarma

don't think i can do it? pffffsh.

so I lost 13 lbs since monday. i don't think that's very safe. I kinda got used to being hungry though.

crazy week/weekend. my exams are technically 3/4 done. profesh.

got back from the cottage about 2 hours ago and i have alot of work to do plus band practice. in other news, i recently watched a documentary called Grizzly Man, i strongly recommend it.

So i had some crazy holidays filled with work(not much of it but still..), baked goods, trivia games, euchre, some drinking, Peterborough, presents, and good old fun. best part is, they're not even over yet. All this craziness has taken a toll on my body, i woke up today with an upset stomach and i've been puking since. On new year's eve, Richard's brother Jeffrey was at the party with us and well, he disappeared after about an hour. He came downstairs to say happy new year shortly after the countdown but he wasn't feeling too hot at all. I'm pretty sure I caught whatever he had somehow, and well, after fighting it all day I'm still trying to keep a popsicle down. Adam and I planned to go boarding tomorrow, and my plan was to get better before then until I got a call from him saying he felt sick and was still at school. He was scared to hop on a bus to go home because of the chance of puking on the bus. I really hope we both get better for tomorrow night, we could get some night boarding in.

Anyways I received everything (and more) that i want for xmas this year, including my super awesome camera. I worked boxing day but i did have a bit of time to shop a bit. I left for Peterborough on the 28th to come back on the 30th and well I went to Richard's for new years. That was a crazy night, I might have drank a bit too much but i could still have control over myself. We played Euchre and this game i won't even try to spell but nonetheless it was fun. This year was the first time I didnt feel anxious before counting down to the new year. After the countdown we all went outside for this huge snowball fight. Dean got me really bad in the face and Adam got snow down my bra and pants :(. but while saying sorry I succeeded to trip him and pile snow into his face and onto his suit (oopssss). Anyway I didn't end up keeping down my popsicle but I'll try a bit later.

i've never posted a picture before on livejournal and i kinda suck at all things computer-related (hence my ps2 without sound). anyway i wanted to share the cuteness of this picture :D

CRAZY WEEKEND and soon to be crazy week..

SO thursday I went boarding with Adrock for the first time this year. It was soooooo sweet. We drove all the way to Mont St-Sauveur, about 2 hours and a half away, got there around 3:30, got our BIG passes (279$) and started boarding at 4. We had about a half hour of daylight boarding, then it got dark, got busy and the snow got shitty. The snow wasn't bad at first but with more people, the snow got more and more scraped and there was ice everywhere. We left around 7:30 and got home at 10:30. The BIG pass is baught at Mont St-Sauveur and lets you board day/night at Edelweiss, Mont St-Sauveur, Mont Avila, Mont Gabriel, Mont Olympia, and JAY PEAK (Vermont).

We almost ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere at -12 degrees hahah. Somehow we got to a gas station and he bought me a chocolate bar. and gas. Fair enough, we always use my car and I always pay for gas so that was nice of him. We got to his place and i crashed over. We had to wake up at 6:30 because he had work at 8 at school. I went home, worked on some projects, slept, chilled with my little cousins and we then went to a party at Mo's place, where the sick sick sicks jam. I met Max's lady, Sally, and thank god too, because I hardly knew anyone there with the exception of Max, Mo, Dean and Jen.

We left because we couldnt find Max for a second jam and we almost ran out of gas again. Woke up early cause of work and got some bagels before. I hung out with my four cousins that night and we went out driving and checking out xmas lights downtown. Anyway two of my cousins and aunt got sick and I caught it today so i'm home sick. It sucks because i'm constantly puking.

Now for my crazy week, Tonight - Dinner project (due thursday). I have to prepare and serve a whole dinner, and write a huge project about it. Pretty chill.. i'm making russian food and i already baked the bread last night.

Tuesday - Human Developpement Test. Ear appointment. General Practice. School Band Concert.

Wednesday - Only work. thank god.

Thursday - Project due. Work.

Friday - Project that will not be finished is due. Practice? no practice? Bad News Bears at Dekecuf

add alot of stress to this and BOOM there you have it. a crazy week.

My ska collection needs an update and I'm working on a sweet ska mix cd.





crazy week coming up filled with tests, presentations, work, passport, university/college applications, appointments, projects, and to top it off, a party on saturday.

sweet stufffffff. last night was awesome. drank wine with Adam.. got kinda tipsy fast + three close calls. He was probably 2 hours and a half late for school but he ended up taking the same bus as Michael and Fish. SO atleast it wasn't a lonely bus ride. I am currently looking at my NEW PIERCING. about 3 hours ago i got the bottom of my belly button pierced and i love it. I had to put my old ring in the top hole to give the bottom one room. basically to help healing and experience less pain as the jewelery push against eachother. (in this case, they wont cause of the ring) Karine came with me though which is sweet, and we picked up our shitpaychecks. oh well. it atleast paid off my piercing.

anyway i hope Adam and i get to katnap sunday.. i wish he would stop leaving homework to do at the last minute. :(

Mich (fish) and I baked two cakes this morning before going to band practice. It was a rolled sponge cake (like a buche de noel) with berry whipped cream inside. The first one was lacking 2 eggs and didn't turn out so great. Instead of a sponge cake feel, it was more like a pancake. Still good but you know. So we had a piece of that, and the rest went to the band when i got there. The other PERFECT one went to Adam's family. Which is pretty sweet because his step-grandmother was over for dinner so she probably had some too. I left before they had super/dessert so i'm not sure if they liked it or not. But they sure did appreciate it. His mom gave me a hug and didn't care that we went upstairs and closed the door :O! (TOTALLY breaking the "NO GIRLS UPSTAIRS WITH THE DOOR CLOSED" rule) Anyway i hope they liked it. It was kind of a thank you for letting the band practice at their place.

Karine dyed my hair, and i love it. I didnt react so i think we'll bleach it again but this time go a little closer to the roots.

so i`m in spanish, supposed to be doing work but i can`t get myself to get to it. My muscles really hurt too, Karine and I went rockclimbing last night and pulled about a dozen muscles. I ended up climbing all the way up some walls i couldn't do before which is fucking sweet. I also got a huge rope burn on my arm and it hurts but whatever.

During the day, Karine and i made CUPCAKES| and they were delicious! Two for us, 3 for Maria, (her birthday was monday) 3 for Carlos, one for Will and one for Adam. We decorated Adam's and Will's cupcakes at the same time and with purple icing, drew the first letter of their names. We looked at the finished product and just said AWWWW... then realised that the cupcakes together spelled AW. haha. aww....

Anyways Adam was gonna be at school till midnight or 2 am so i brought him a cupcake, a KitKat bar, a juice, and a HUGE shawarma. Man, the number of college kids who would have done anything for that shawarma hahaha.

Oh Karine and I called Maria from Coyote's and i said "Oh My God!! Karine broke her leg!!" Maria: "WHAT!?! Where are you girls?? How ?? whaaat" Kat: "Oh my god it just happened, we're still at the rockclimbing gym! She just fell and broke her leg!!" then i started laughing. haha We get her everytime. She believes us alllll the time. Monday we told her that the slushy machine broke and fell on the floor and that there was slushy EVERYWHERE. haha on her birthday! Man, what will she do with us? and.... what will we tell her next?

Karine [pronounciation : ker-inne] is a sweetie. People should give her cupcakes. LOTS of cupcakes.

So i just spent a total of 7 hours at the CHEO hospital in the last 24 hours. I can't believe it. And i couldn't believe my mom was going to force me to go to school today?! Around 3 was when i realised the swelling travelled down to my throat and i had troubles breathing. I have to go back to the hospital immediately if i start having breathing difficulties again. Also my ears are starting to act up already. Oh well. after not having anything to eat since sunday's pizza at 4pm, i finally ate! Poutine from Burger King aw yeh.

On top of that, we're having band issues to deal with. I think everyone is on the same page so it should be easier to deal with. But there's no way i'm going to practice until this swelling goes down. I look like a mixture of a Beluga, monster, person who just got their wisdom teeth out. Oh and one of my eyes is almost closed shut. Yeah, you know that's not enough to give an Adrenaline shot/epipen. I missed two days of school, going on three.

Anyway, thursday and saturday was fun. Thursday: Pizza making with A-Dawg, then GTA, then Kat-napping, then forgetting his van at Greenboro station. Yes. his van was at Greenboro. We were here in Orleans. It was already past midnight. Cars get towed or ticketed if they stay in the Park and Ride past 2 am. So, so much for him sleeping here. Oh well. He barely made it on time anyway, i'm glad ol' gray didn't get towed.

Saturday: Fun times with Zoe. Well over-dued hang out. Took pictures. Ate shawarmas. Saw You Me and the Enemy (rock/funk). Sat near the locks and Major's hill.

Sunday: got my hair did. then reacted. but it's a nice colour. Hopefully the reaction is at it's peak. cause it's actually really bad right now.

Today i found the secret tape in the Cruise Ship level on tony hawk 3. And watched Lara Croft 2. The hospital time. Then it bring us now, on the computer taking it easy, avoiding mirrors, and confrontation.
